Tax Year Prior to 2020: Hello. I went to the SBTPG website and entered my SSN. It shows my refund was recieved, fees taken out, but paid to me it shows $0. What does this mean?

I have the same problem so I did some “digging” and on another forum for questions about SBTPG this is the answer I found. “If it says refund received $0 it hasn't been received.” Hope this helps

Since the money was received and the tax preparation fees were deducted, all that is left is for SBTPG to go to the next step in processing the refund to you. Once they have completed that step, you will get an update that shows what has been paid out to you when the send the funds.
