Tax Year 2023, have CD, but it will not reload; missing: "MSVCP140.dll" not found. What is the fix?

I had Computer problem with memory. I need to reload Tax Year 2023, have CD and it will not reload. What is the fix?

You need to uninstall and reinstall the program.  Some little file got deleted somewhere.
