This community forum is always available, 24/7, with tax experts and volunteers who can answer most all of your tax questions and TurboTax program questions.

There isn't a contact number for TurboTax Home Office and Business, only a number for software issues, not tax assistance. Our desktop products do not include any tax assistance, so they cost a bit less and are designed for people who know a bit about taxes. Our desktop products DO include a menu driven tax return experience which can also be viewed in forms mode for those who are more comfortable with entering amounts directly.

 

If this is your first year handling a tax situation with a business, I suggest you use our TurboTax Live Assisted product. This will allow you to contact us as many times as you want to get assistance with your return. This is especially important when you're setting up your business for the first time! You don't want to do it wrong. You'll be able to ask your expert questions and get them answered while getting your taxes done.

After you get a handle on how taxes and your business work, you may feel you're ready to go for our do it yourself product.

 

Another thing we offer is Full Service. You just provide us with your documents, we prepare your returns, file them and you just sit back. And if you have a business, the tax preparation is considered an expense!
