tax fling after making a direct request to irs for a payment plan

since I've already requested a payment plan directly with the irs what do indicate in turbo tax when filing my return?

You can just say you will mail  a check when asked for a payment method to pay your tax due.   Then you can e-file and pay your tax in whatever way you have arranged.
