Tax filing for 401k contributions

In 2021, I only contributed (didn't withdraw anything) to my employer 401k plan in all 3 ways: Pre tax, Roth & After tax. I received company match in Pre tax & Roth. I rolled over some amount from my After tax 401k to Roth IRA using mega backdoor (immediately after the first after tax 401k contribution, so there wasn't any earnings on those). I received form 1099-R.

How/where (which section) do I report this on Turbotax online? Is it required?

Yes, you need to enter the 1099-R because it shows the money you moved. It should have a code G for rollover and show no taxable amount.

Go to the federal income section, scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security. Select the IRA, 401k, Pension Plan Withdrawals  option.
