Tax due before I put in any income. And math is wrong

I just installed TurboTax Premier, didn't input anything, just transferred my prior year return ... and was surprised to see that I already own $9 in taxes!
Went to form 1040 to see what's going on and saw this:
How is it subtracting zero from -20,551 and getting 29,200??? Is it a bug???
Not a good start :(

It's possible to have a balance due carried over from your 2023 tax return in certain circumstances, such as if you had an overcontribution to a retirement account that wasn't withdrawn in the prior year. Let us know on what line of your Form 1040 you see the $9 in tax, and we can give you more information.

The screenshot that you shared doesn't show -20551 minus zero equaling $29200. Line 11 is showing your Adjusted Gross Income before you made any entries into the return for 2024, and Line 12,  $29,200 is the Standard Deduction for a married couple, filing jointly for 2024.
