Tax Deductions for Energy Efficiency improvements

I would like to claim tax deductions for some of the energy efficiency projects that I had done in my house in the past year. This includes Heat Pump, Solar Panels etc. Is that possible? And can you please advice which section will this be possible in?

 

Tied to my first question is another one- I'm living in USA on a work visa and if I have single nationality Tax liability, will I be able to file my tax return (1040-NR) online?

TurboTax doesn't support Form 1040-NR, but you can visit our partner Sprintax Visit the TurboTax/Sprintax site o to file your 1040-NR.

Although TurboTax doesn't support IRS Form 1040-NR (U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return), we have partnered with Sprintax to offer both federal and state tax preparation for international students, scholars, and nonresident foreign professionals.
