Tax code is 1541... is this because I did not file for 2015?

I did not file a tax return for 2015...is this why I'm getting tax code 1541??

Code 1541 is an an internal code that the IRS uses to identify returns that have been "Delayed". This doesn't necessarily indicate there is a problem with your tax return, it could simply be that the IRS has an overflow of tax returns at this time and processing tax returns is behind schedule.
