I am using the desktop version for 2023. I have decided what to use for 2022 yet - maybe online, maybe desktop.

To clarify, were you a US citizen or resident alien in 2022 and 2023?

I was a resident alien in 2022 and became a citizen in 2023. How does this affect tax status in both of those years, as 2023 hasn't been filed yet.

Correction - I am using 2022 desktop version and have yet to decide version for 2023 & 2024.

Thank you.
