T Tax used to include estimated state of CA taxes & vouchers, but did not include them this year or last= Penalty 4 me. Error? Vouchers removed? T Tax removed it?

Revisit the Estimated Taxes section under 'Other Forms' within the CA state return, then print/save all the worksheets with your documents.
