How do I switch primary and secondary tax payers on my turbo tax forms. There is a question about military service that cannot be answered by the secondary tax payer. Only the primary can claim military status???? Why. I am military and my spouse is not. If I say no to the primary, TT then only asks if spouse was military in the secondary option. I was military and want it on the return!
