After I press the button to transmit my return (completed validation of Fed and State) Turbo tax says it needs a little more information then it starts reviewing fields like foreign state (when you have a US address???) and several other fields. So after you walk through these fields it brings you back to transmit then it just goes back to the same fields. Then you can't get out of this loop.
