I'm stuck in a loop with my TT. It's telling me that I'm not qualified for Free File, but i'm unable to start over. It just gives me a popup saying
Once you register your tax return, or pay any TurboTax fees, we can no longer clear and start over"
I've also checked and my account has an order number in the order summary.
If you do not qualify for Free, you will have to upgrade to Plus or another product. Log into your Turbo Tax account and select from the upgrade options.

If it doesn't let you clear and you haven't paid you could just start a new account. Online is only good for 1 return per account. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version
It's really unconscionable that this is a problem OVER A YEAR LATER!
