Still having trouble importing Charles Schwab info

I keep trying to download my Charles Schwab info, and it says "Success! We got your tax data.  You can now return to Turbo Tax" but when I do, the import isn't there.  I've tried at least ten times.  I use Brave and disabled the shield (saw that on another thread), still didn't work.  I tried signing into Charles Schwab first, then importing, still didn't work. Each time I get the success message, but then I go to TT  and it says 0 imports and nothing has changed. I tried closing TT and then reopening, still not there.  Tried getting it again after closing and reopening, still not there.

Anybody have this figured out?  I'm using Premier for Windows, and my daughter had no trouble downloading (via Brave) using Premier on her Mac.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.

See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

I'm not using Turbo Tax Online. I bought the download.

Most of those links would not apply, but I will try the suggested fix in the second one when I get back to my computer. Thank you.

I turned off the computer's antivirus protection, and it still doesn't work.  I am able to sign in to Charles Schwab and get the "Success! We've got your tax information. You can return to Turbo Tax" message, but when I go back to Turbo Tax the download still isn't there.

Any other ideas? Would love to get this resolved so I don't have to enter manually as there is much to enter this year, but will do it if I have to.

Eureka!  I just got it to work.  I had entered info manually last year and the shell form was in my return (but empty). I wondered if maybe it wouldn't import because of that, so I deleted the shell and tried again.  And it worked! Not sure if that was really the problem, but it's solved now.
