State tax due in left column shows $402 but final NC tax due shows $0

Also can add phone number as have foreign UK address and number

Please print out your full tax file and LOOK at the actual NC D-400.

check line 27.

IF...However, if line 22 has a $$ amount, then that means you somehow started an AMENDED tax return.

Did you really mean to do that.?
