State ID Number on w2 is 0, what should be done?

I'm an IHSS worker for my husband, and I received W2 with my husband as the EMPLOYER.
Now, when I'm filing my taxes, the State ID Number box 15, has the value as 0 (zero).
When I enter 0 on turbo tax, it says the value is invalid.
What should be entered in this case?

It depends.  In order to withhold state income taxes, a company must have a State ID or Account number.  Your employer (your husband) needs to file a W-2c (which is the corrected version) for you and include the ID number on the corrected W-2.

If you do not have an amount entered in box 17 for State Income Tax Withheld, then you do not need to enter any information for box 15, 16, or 17.
