STASH did not provide 1099-div for my $0.08 in dividends from 2016

Stash provided a 1099 consolidated that did not include 1099-DIV. I looked through my records and have 5 payments from $0.01 or $0.02 from three ETFs totaling $0.08. Should I report this small amount to the IRS even though the form wasn't given? If so, are the dividends qualified or not (I pulled all my cash out of Stash after three months, so they should be short term ETF investments).

Payers are not required to report dividend payments of less than $10.

If the payer doesn't report it to you, you are not required to report it to the IRS.

Also, the tax forms round everything off to the nearest dollar.

$.08 would round to $0.
