Started an amendment to switch from MFS to MFJ, but the Amendment (in progress) is messed up.Help?

Hi! Got married last year so first year doing taxes together. However, spouse 1 filed Married separately. Spouse 2 hasn't filed. We want to file marry jointly so after researching we figured we can just amend spouse's 1 return since it has already been processed and completed by IRS. We started  the amendment, entered info from Spouse 2, it showed the expected refund amount; continued all the way towards the end until it asked to check for one more thing: AMT, but I hit the browser's back button, instead of the form's BACK button. It caused it to go all the way to the home rather than the previous step, and now it thinks that that original amounts are the ones from the combined spouses. Tried again, but then it showed 0 refund/due, as if nothing had changed from original. Tried deleting everything from spouse 2, and restarted with no luck.  Tried "Cancel the amendment" and start over no luck. We can't get it to start and the amendment with the original numbers that were filed. Also tried downloading the .TAX file to try the downloaded TurboTax, but it says "it's unavailable at the moment, try later". So no luck either.

Is there any way to reset the amendment to the original amounts? Thanks in advance!

You’ll need to get customer support on the phone so they can inspect your file. No one on this board has access to your file.
