Started a business in 2016. wondering where (on turbotax) deductions may be available and what turbotax edition is necessary to claim them

Use either Turbo Tax Home & Business or Turbo Tax Self Employed

initial business expenses equal roughly $3,500.  Is this worth the added fee of $119 to upgrade to Turbo Tax Business?  Any 'off the record estimate' of what kind of deduction this will yield?
