SSI and SSD Beneficiary and Filed Dependent for 2019- Ineligible for Stimulus?

I am a SSI and SSD beneficiary. I know that SSI and SSD beneficiaries receive the stimulus check, but if a beneficiary was filed as a dependent, would it make them ineligible?

I filed as a dependent last year 2019, but I am currently independent. Under SSI and SSD, it shows that I do not receive income or support from anyone. What will determine my eligibility? That I was filed under the IRS as a dependent in 2019 or that I am listed under SSI and SSD that I am receiving no additional income from someone else?

The stimulus payment will go off of your 2019 return status. Since you were a dependent on your 2019 return, you are unfortunately not eligible for the stimulus payment.
