Hi,
I live and work in Texas. My wife got a job in Pennsylvania in June 2019 so she works there till date but her Employer is in Illinois. She has PA license since we brought a car and also she rents a apartment in PA. On her W2 provided by her Employer shows State Income Tax being deducted. So I have few questions:
1. Should I file jointly or Separate?
2. Should I select she lived in different state other than Texas while entering data into Turbo Tax ?
3. Should I select We made in different state for the question "Did Either of you make money in any other states?"
Any suggestions appreciated!

joint will probably produce the lowest federal taxes as opposed to filing separate. however, we can't see you return or tax data
2) yes since she did
3) you'll will need to file a resident PA return showing only her income. despite the fact her employer is in Illinois she worked in PA and that's the state that should be showing up in the state section of her W-2.
also check the W-2 for locality wages. some cities in PA have there own income tax in addition to state taxes.
