Spouse and kid do no have SSN/ITIN. What's the best way to file 2020 taxes?

My family in the US since November 2019, more than 400 days already and I believe we are all resident aliens. Correct me if I am wrong. My wife and kid do not have ITIN/SSN. How to proceed with filing federal/state taxes? Can I use turbotax? Taxes for 2019 I filed by using Spintax as nonresident alien. Thanks for any advice!

In order to file your 2020 return, you will need to get ITINs for your spouse and kids, if they are to appear on your return. You will file form W-7 to apply for the ITINs. The usual way to file your W-7 is with your 1040 return.

Please see this TurboTax page on the W-7.

Thanks for response! I also had a call with IRS representative and she suggested the same.
