some reason it is saying that I am not eligible to file state on Efile. Now I have a buddy in the tax industry who said from my taxes that dosent make since no reason

He said I should have no problem filing EFile

You were shown a message for why the state return was not eligible for e-filing.  What does it say?

That I have a tax situation That can not be Efiled
