Fixed! Hope this helps someone . I spent two hours on the phone with Customer Service this morning.
Goto “Forms” which should be in the top right section. Go through all of your forms and make sure there’s no error message in the top right it’ll say something like “cannot file”. For me it was form 8936. I didn’t have anything on it, so I deleted it. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the issue on its own. I also had to delete “schedule C (untitled)”. I don’t have a small business so had no worries, deleting it . Any forms that say untitled might be causing this issue. Once you do that just file again and it should work.
