Sold some ETN shares, but why does the 1099-B list those transactions for which basis is not reported to the IRS?

Here is a snapshot of my 1099-B. I bought and sold shares of an ETN (BULZ), but all of the sales transactions on the 1099-B were reported to the IRS without the basis. I don't understand why the basis isn't reported. Do I need to do something here? In Turbotax, I just entered the cost basis as shown below for these sales.
