Social Security Taxable Amount Worksheet

Update to the Update: Just did not look close enough or select "Data Source" for Line 20.  There I learned calculations are completed on the  IRA SS Worksheet.  If I knew how delete all this I would have.

Update.  Found an error in my data entry in completing the form by hand.  Now I match TT calculation.  Still don't understand why the worksheet is blank.

During the interview process I enter the SS information requested.  When I look in the Form view and look at the SS worksheet, the information on lines A-H and line 1 is correct.  Lines 2-19 are blank.  There is an amount in line 20 which is getting entered in Form 1040.  When I print the worksheet and complete the form by hand, I get a smaller taxable income amount.

Why are most of the lines in the worksheet blank?

Turns out that since I am making an IRA contribution, all the calculations are done on an IRA SS Worksheet.  When I looked at data source for line 20, it was clear.

It sounds as if your issue is resolved.
