So now turbotax is blaming the IRS for not prompting the customer for the 1095A form? How funny, no responsibility taken and people treated like garbage turning pandemic.

Instead of working with customer to offer some money back for services that DID NOT result in a refund, I was told it was the IRS' fault and there was nothing turbo tax missed -- so it's my problem. Not theirs. Great company, huh?
