So my son receives SSI and his dad is his payee and we're trying to figure out when will he get the stimulus package ?

You have not mentioned your son's age or whether he is claimed as a dependent on anyone's tax return.  If he is claimed as anyone else's dependent he will not receive a stimulus check.
