So I mail my payment along with the payment voucher or so I mail all the papers I printed out

If you e-filed your return and it was accepted then all you need to mail in is your payment voucher and payment.

If you did not e-file, but are planning on mailing in your return with the payment, then you will need to mail in the papers that the program printed out.
