So I applied for a refund advance and it says accepted on the turbo tax app but not tue website. It's been 2 days since accepted but I still have not head anything.

How do I know if I was approved or denied for the advance

If you were denied you will receive an email from First Century Bank, NA stating why you were denied.

If you were approved, Your temporary card will arrive in your email. Please check your junk/spam folder.

The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com.

If you cannot locate it after checking your junk mail folder or are having trouble creating an account or logging into your Turbo Prepaid Card online account, call them toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
