Smart check is telling me that certain field needs to only contain alphanumeric characters when it already does. Any idea how to fix this?

Please backspace over the entire entry and type in by hand with just letters and numbers. If you copy and paste, sometimes there are invisible formatting characters or spaces and that can cause this error message. 

I tried this and its still not working.
