Small business owners using the desktop version of TurboTax business BEWARE! Simply buying the state forms does not cover the cost of efiling. SCAMMMM ERSSSSS

I purchased the 2020 business tax software for Corp 1120 S tax return plus the California state return. Federal easily was filed. Now I’m being told that my purchase of the state return did not include e-filing. Software didn’t offer to purchase the e filing option.  NO instructions about mailing in the state tax return since it didn’t get efiled. Using turbo tax for $200 vs they $800   tax preparers charge is cost effective but just know what your buying. Buy the way I also bought the tax audit defense which is useless if you don’t efile SCAMMMMERSSS
