Should turbo tax choose a 1040 instead of a 1040A when the prior 2 years were 1040A?

Here's what the new 1040 looks like.

There is no more 1040A or 1040EZ.  That is the NEW postcard size 1040.  Under the new tax laws, there are no more simple Form 1040EZ or 1040A's.  Everything goes on a little Form 1040 that has six extra "schedules" with it, and if you need any of those schedules, you are not able to use the Free Edition.   The new 1040 is 2 half pages but now print on 1 sheet with the Signature line in the Middle.
