Should there still be a charge if you used the free version? Why

To see your fees, go to: Tax Tools and Tools. These are down the left side of the screen in a black border.  Follow these directions.  

1. Down the left side of TurboTax, click on Tax Tools. 
2. Click on Tools. 
3. Click on My Fees in the center of the screen.
