This will happen if the initial amount displayed included an amount for a recovery rebate credit. It shows the credit being removed.
It some versions of TurboTax the program starts with the credit showing removes it when the payments are entered, and in others it starts without the credit and adds it later in the process.
It appears your version started with the credit showing.
You can verify that the amount is correct by examining the tax return before filing. If you have already received all your payments, you will have no additional credit on Line 30.
