Should my deceased husband disability income have been included in my income since I filed jointly

Yes, the final return for him as joint would include all of both of your incomes up to his death and yours for the entire year.

Turbo did not include his disability income and I know that most of it would have been a deduction

Go back through the income area and if this is Social Security Disability then it depends on the other income on the return if it is taxed or not.  If little other income then most of the disability will not be taxed.

I think i did not ask the right ?. Last year his ssd provided a large tax break though Turbo did not ask about his income at all and the return was processed

So the income might have been left off, is that what you are saying?

I would go back and print the return to see if everything is entered.
