Should it take several minutes to see documents for review

i have gone away from my screen and upon returning still not viewing of forms.  the tax program closed my session without seeing the preview

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser to see if it improves.

I hate it when I have to clear the cookies as then every site I have to log in again and answer a host of questions.  I just chose to use another browser instead.
