Should I put yes or no "Were you affected by any of the 2017 Hurricanes?"? I lived in an area affected, but I didnt claim any damages on my insurance,or apply for FEMA

Answering YES or NO to this question just triggers TurboTax to walk the user through any scenarios or relief affecting your taxes related to hurricane disasters as you go through your tax return preparation.  

Therefore, if you did not have any damages or losses from the hurricanes, then you can certainly answer NO.
