should i file two forms since i sell on ebay and my wife has a regular job?

should i do a business tax form since i sell on ebay and my wife has a regular job?

All of that income goes on one tax return if you are filing a joint return.    If you use online TurboTax you will need Premium so that you can prepare a Schedule C for your self-employment income.   Or if you use the desktop download you can use any version since every version of desktop has all the forms and schedules .

If you are self-employed and have not incorporated then you report your self-employment income and expenses on a Schedule C.  The Schedule C is part of and included with your personal tax return, Form 1040.  You file your federal tax return as Married Filing Jointly.
