Should I file Form 8962 even though Turbo Tax says it is not necessary for me. I want to hear from those who have had Turbo say that and then get ding by the IRS

Did you receive a Form 1095-A for your health insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov?
