Should I file Form 3520 as an international student who received student loan from foreign bank?

I am an international student on my F-1 Visa. I received a student loan from a foreign bank for my education during the financial year of 2023. Should I fill out the Form-3520?

If the funds you received were $100,000 or less there is no need to file a Form 3520.
