Should I file 2017 due to not filing last years due to not being able to prove with some form saying I had health insurance for 2017

I didn't file last year (2017) even though I needed to what should I do now  that it is (2018) filing

you have two tax returns to file and submit to the IRS.

The must be done separately.

for 2017 you'll have to mail it at the Post Office.
