Should I delete "ISO exercise and hold" from 2023, if I sold all ISOs in 2024?

I exercised and held ISO's (Incentive Stock Options) in 2023.

 

I ended up selling all of those ISO's in 2024.

 

Do I need to delete all of the ISO's stored in "ISO Exercise and Hold" or the "Your ISOs summary"?

You can delete anything not relevant to your tax return. If you sold it all, it would be safe to delete. It is your choice if you want to keep that summary, in case of an audit.
