Should I call the IRS if I changed my e-file to mail in? will they take my auto payment still?
My e-filed was rejected. I owe so with the e-file It was going to come out of my checking. Now that I had to mail it in I sent a check. Am I double paying?

No, you are not double paying. The direct debit for the taxes owed from your bank account was never received by the IRS since the e-filed tax return was rejected.

Just make sure your payment is post marked today and be sure you take the banking info OUT of Turbotax.
You should have received something, in Turbotax, as to why your return was rejected and they'll prompt you on how to fix it.
