You posted about this in another thread a few minutes ago. You believe that you should be getting EIC. Why do you think you should be getting EIC? What criteria for getting EIC do you meet? Maybe you answered something incorrectly somewhere that needs to be fixed so you can get it.
Can you be claimed as someone else's dependent? Are you married filing separately? Either of those would make you ineligible. Are you claiming dependents? How old are you----are you between 25 and under 65?
