Should box 18 differ on each rectangular section of the same summary paper?

The number in box 18 for my local wages, tips etc. are the same in the first 2 squares but then change for the next 2.

Please clarify your question.

 

  • Did you get 2 W-2s from the same employer?
  • Did one have additional information that was not on the first?
  • Did you have Family leave or sick pay?
