Shareworks / Morgan Stanley At Work - Error (103)

When I try to connect my account to my Morgan Stanley At Work 
https://shareworks.solium.com/solium/servlet/ui/dashboard

I get an error 103.  I get a message readout that says "You need to opt in to document sharing in your Morgan Stanley at Work account, if you haven’t already. Log in to your stock plan account and follow the prompts on the Dashboard or find the setting under your profile."

I've done this.  The prompt is cleared from my dashboard - yet I still get this error.  How to move passed this?
I've confirmed MANY TIMES over that my login credentials are correct.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser. Turn off pop-up blockers.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
