Share TurboTax 2023 but concerned about privacy

Friend accidently used her account to activate the 2023 desktop version (even though it was already linked to the dummy shared account), and after downloading/registering, it asked her to import her prior tax filing she did via TT Online. So the question is, can we still share the 2023 desktop version using her account info without the risk of seeing her prior year tax filing? I tend to think the tax filing visibility was due to her registering, not the activation step. But since I've not reached that step yet, I don't know for sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, could she delete her prior year tax filings from her online account? Thanks

First of all you can only install Turbo Tax on 5 computers you own.  You are not supposed to share it.  No you can't see her prior returns done in the online version.  And for Desktop returns, those are only on the computer they were done on.

No, she can't delete any prior Online returns.
