School District Taxes Rejected and cannot "fix errors"

Hello. My School District Taxes Rejected and cannot "fix errors". When I click "Fix Errors", TurboTax takes me to my State of Ohio return, shows my Ohio return as accepted and the refund amount. Then when clicking "Continue" it takes me back to the list of my Federal, State and School District list. The School District still shows Rejected and Fix Errors. I cannot navigate to where error(s) need fixed.

For the Ohio return, please verify that for every withholding source document (i.e. w-2's, 1099's, etc.), every state with a withholding amount has been entered.

For the Ohio SD 100 return, check your entries for school district tax withheld. The school district entered on the W2 must include the 4-digit school district number and match the school district entered on the SD 100.  Do not enter a school district tax on the SD 100 that does not have an income source such as W2, 1099 or 1099R. Remove any overrides.

Make the changes and resubmit for e-File. However, if the reject continues, you may want to file this return via U.S. Mail. To file your state return, print it and mail to the appropriate taxing authority.
