Schedule k-1 with no income or deductions

I've been told I'll be receiving a K-1 as part of uncles trust return.  However the K-1 has nothing for any of the boxes, so no income, no loss, etc.

It's just a K-1 with my Uncles info and me as a beneficiary.

Do I need to include this in my personal taxes, I've googled it and read yes, and no since there's no income or deduction, etc.

Was hoping to have someone more knowledgeable tell me.

Thank you,

No. If all the income and deduction boxes on the Form 1041 Schedule K-1 are blank, then you do not need to enter anything on your return. Be sure to keep a copy of the form with your tax records.
